Nona Biosciences reports a human heavy-chain antibody language model
Nona Biosciences announced HCAbLM on 16 September and said the accompanying study was posted to bioRxiv. The 366-million-parameter model was trained on sequences from 73 independently immunised transgenic mice; the company says it outperformed Meta's ESM-6B, IgLM and AbLang on SEC-purity and HIC-behaviour tests and transferred to thermal-stability prediction.
