Cohere and Aleph Alpha sign definitive transatlantic sovereign-AI deal
Cohere and Aleph Alpha announced a definitive business-combination agreement on 16 September, following an earlier plan to combine. The proposed company would be headquartered across Toronto and Berlin, retain Aleph Alpha's Heidelberg research centre and target sovereign deployments with partners including Germany's STACKIT.
