Summary
Among 2,131 respondents across 19 countries, 40% identified specialised infrastructure as their primary AI constraint, up from 9% in 2024. The survey also found that 86% are pursuing sovereign AI initiatives and more than half host AI workloads in private clouds.
Why it matters
The results reinforce that power, data location, governance and low-latency infrastructure are becoming as important to AI adoption as model capability.
